Deliverable Example:
Program monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans using public health and implementation science frameworks including the following:

  • Creation of implementation logic model
  • Identification of key performance indicators
  • Identification of mixed methods data collection approaches (e.g., survey development)
  • Focus group and/or listening session frameworks and discussion guides
  • Dissemination strategies for sharing findings

Final report to program leaders including barriers/facilitators to implementation and tailored strategies rooted in implementation frameworks.
